John F. Midlige, DMD

John Midlige, a native of Parsippany, New Jersey, has been providing excellent dentistry in the Mountain Lakes area for more than 13 years. Before opening his current office, he practiced in Linden, New Jersey. Thanks to his warm, personal care, many of his original patients still make the trip to Mountain Lakes to continue receiving care with Dr. Midlige. In fact, patients who now live across the country and overseas make it a point to schedule visits to Dr. Midlige when they return to New Jersey.

Dr. Midlige combines his extensive education and practical training with a practice philosophy which focuses on the full spectrum of patient care, beginning with diagnosis and ending with a smile radiant with health and beauty. Because he is a Level VI Pankey Alumnus, he has the best qualifications attainable to diagnose and treat patients. As a Fellow of the International College of Oral Implantology and having trained at the Misch International Institute, the world’s leading implant program, Dr. Midlige can safely and effectively place implants. All restorative work (fillings, crowns, bridges, implant crowns) are carefully and aesthetically crafted utilizing his top-level skills as a graduate of the prestigious LSU Cosmetic Continuum to give you the smile you want and deserve.

A graduate of New Jersey’s own Fairleigh Dickinson University, Dr. Midlige received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree in 1991 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey. He also completed a one-year residency at University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey. Dr. Midlige believes passionately in delivering the best quality dentistry using only the finest dental materials. He has gathered a team of talented dental professionals who pride themselves in providing compassionate care for all.

John Midlige and his wife, Gabrielle, reside in Morris Plains with their children and two dogs. He coaches local youth ice hockey and is a strong supporter of the community. Dr. Midlige has offered his services for more than ten years to Donated Dental Services, which provides free dental care to those in need, as well as to the New Jersey Foundation of Dentistry for Persons with Disabilities.
